katou is a bread wheat, with excellent yeld, W from 160 up to 200, and good P/L average(0,3-0.5). Katou can be used for flours and for both silage for forage and silage for biogas utilization. Winter type with late heading time in Italy. Variety with excellent agronomic characteristics, adapted to cultivation in the center and north of Italy.
