Birbante is a soft bread wheat with low medium protein content (12-13%) and with W from 100 up to 120 with P/L from 0,3 up to 0,4, suitable for biscuits production and very healthy plant. Winter type and medium-late heading time in Italy. Variety with excellent agronomic characteristics, adapted to cultivation in the center and north of Italy.
