TRADEMARKS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Most of the varieties made by CONASE are protected throughout the territory of the European Community thanks to the Community Privativa, which lasts 25 years from the date of submission. For some varieties we chose national protection characterized by the patent issued by the Ministry of Industry. The duration of the national patent is 20 years. The protection of varieties is an indispensable tool for legal action versus the unauthorized use of our seed without our authorization and a defense of the investments made in the search for genetic improvement of wheat and alfalfa.
